Meet Lianne, here with her gorgeous 1-year-old, who recently completed the Eat Healthy Program. As a busy working Mom, she carved out the time to invest in her health and is delighted with the results!

I had the chance recently to catch up with her, and a couple of months after finishing the program here’s what she has to share:

Why did you sign up for the Eat Healthy – Lose Weight Program?

I was fed up of going on diet after diet, losing weight and then putting it back on again. Plus, since having my daughter I really wanted to understand how best to feed my body so I can teach her good food habits.

What are the 3 things you wanted to achieve?

1. Lose weight!
2. Learn about healthy options/alternatives
3. Create long-lasting habits

What have you achieved by the end of the 6 sessions?

So much! I have learnt such a lot about nutrition and I lost weight too!

What have you learned the program?

I’ve learned that there really is no need to ‘diet’ and that with planning and exercise a healthy weight can be achieved.

What are the top 3 habits you developed, which you will continue over the summer in order to stay healthy?

1. drinking more water!
2. meal planning
3. reading nutrition labels and making informed choices

Parts of Eat Healthy-Lose Weight that I enjoyed the most

The realistic and practical advice from Liza :). She really knows her stuff.  As a mum and businesswoman, she can identify common challenges and help you through them. I found the whole course informative and useful. It really has changed my perspective on food and I love that I now feel more informed about the choices I am making for myself and my family.

What I find the most challenging

Meal-planning was the hardest thing to do initially but now I am in a routine and Sunday is my day to plan.

Any advice to those considering taking the Eat Healthy-Lose Weight Program?

Do it! You won’t regret it. The information and advice Liza will give you will provide you with the best alternative to dieting – creating positive habits for a lifetime. Liza is so friendly and approachable. I really enjoyed the course and I’m sure you will too.
As a mom, it’s so important to find the time to take care of yourself, so that you feel and look better about who and what you are.

We spend so much time giving to others – our kids, our partner, our work – and often our health is put down the priority list, which really should never be the case.

As we learn to take better care of ourselves, then our children, our partner and others benefit by default. Like Lianne found a way to invest and improve her habits, make the time to do the same. It’s the least you deserve…and it’s win-win for all involved.
