All workshops are designed to provide your helper with:
Knowledge of the healthiest ingredients they should use, and those that should be avoided, for optimum personal and family health. You will be access to dozens of recipes specifically created by Terri-Anne, to help plan nutritious meals and snacks over your working week.
All Level 1 workshops are from 9am – 12pm. Maximum of 8 participants in the kitchen for hands-on participation.
