This fun, informative class includes nutrition learning with Holistic Nutritionist, Liza Rowan, as you participate in the kitchen with Terri-Anne prepping and cooking your own 3 course lunch!
You then get to relax and enjoy your lunch with the group in the Carrotsticks & Cravings Cafe!

Learn about the best nutritious ingredients for your kids, and how to get them tucking in to deliciously healthy food! We will address all your concerns from dealing with picky eaters, food sensitivities and allergies and how to build strong immunities.
Understand the impact of various plant foods on your health, and how to incorporate more of these powerhouses in to your diet. These foods have both healing and health promoting properties, so understand the ones that are key to your own wellness.
